If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund based on availability.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original parts cannot be returned. Sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged.
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
